Discovering Our City
CHANGE OUR STUDENTS' LIVES, BY SHARING YOURS...
Please join over forty Chicagoland companies and organizations for Discovering Our City 2018 on April 5th. Discovering Our City is Urban Prep’s annual all-school field trip that exposes our high school students—many of whom have never been out of their south and west side neighborhoods—to the professional, civic, and cultural institutions that make our city great.
WAYS YOU CAN PARTICIPATE
Chicago-area companies/organizations can participate in Discovering Our City by hosting a group of students at your workplace; sponsoring a group of students’ visit to a site; and/or recommending a location for students to visit.
IT’S A WIN-WIN
Participating in Discovering Our City helps our students and your company/organization by increasing awareness among your employees of important issues facing the city’s youth while demonstrating your strong commitment to community.
