Tyler Beck is an education professional who began his career immediately after graduating from the prestigious Lake Forest College. His studies in the disciplines of Communication, Sociology, and Anthropology aided him in his thirst to go back to his communities and serve the next generation of scholars.
To date, he has impacted the lives of scholars from the communities of North Lawndale,
Washington Park, and Hyde Park. Through his social emotional leadership he currently continues on his mission of culturally responsive teaching as a Dean of Students at CICS Basil Middle School. When he is not impacting the lives of the scholars that he serves, he is a loving husband and father of one, that challenges him daily to be his best self.
